Building Association of Central Ohio
Founded in 1943 and affiliated with the Ohio Home Builders Association (OHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the primary services of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) include legislative and regulatory representation, development of favorable public perceptions of the industry, promotion of business standards, and support of home ownership. The BIA is a tax exempt and incorporated Trade Association of single and multiple family housing builders, developers and remodelers doing business in the central Ohio area. Other members include subcontractors, suppliers and service professionals.

The Columbus Board of REALTORS® (CBR) is a not-for-profit professional trade association. Founded in 1908, CBR is comprised of over 6,600 real estate professionals engaged in residential sales and leasing, commercial sales and leasing, property management, appraisal, consultation, real estate syndications, land development and more.
The Columbus Board of REALTORS® provides leadership for the REALTOR® community by protecting the interests of its members, promoting their value to the real estate consumer, setting high standards for professional practice, and advocating private property rights.

Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing
The Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing (OCCH) is an independent, nonprofit, corporation based in Columbus, Ohio. Our mission is to cause the production, rehabilitation and preservation of affordable housing throughout all of Ohio.
Since its inception, OCCH has raised more than $680 million in corporate equity through 13 funds and completed more than 250 transactions, creating more than 13,000 units of affordable housing.

Ohio Department of Commerce, Real Estate and Professional Licensing Division
The mission of the Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing is to provide fair and consistent administration of our regulatory responsibilities while informing and protecting consumers and the public.
The Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing is part of the Department of Commerce. The Division licenses Ohio real estate brokers, salespeople, appraisers and foreign real estate dealers and salespeople. The Division also licenses private investigators and security service providers, and registers investigators and security guards, cemeteries located in Ohio, and property located outside of Ohio but marketed in this state.

Ohio Home Builders Association
The OHBA (Ohio Home Builders Association) is an 9,000 member trade association representing home builders and their associate vendors in a legislative and regulatory capacity on a statewide basis. It is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders.
OHBA serves its membership by promoting proactive involvement on state issues and legislation impacting the residential building industry such as: wetlands, affordable housing, workers' compensation, etc.
OHBA will continue to serve its members as the voice of the building industry on a state level.
